Our Purpose

We support and advance the Health Center Movement and address the needs of the patients and communities served by health centers.

HCAdvocacy.org provides access to best practices in order to establish advocacy infrastructure, training, information, tools, guidance, and general advocacy support.

What is a Health Center?

Health centers provide access to basic health care services in the communities that need them most.

Their doors are open to everyone – families and children, farmworkers and the homeless, and those who are uninsured, on Medicaid, or have private insurance.

Why Advocacy?

Advocacy is critical to ensure the continued funding and public support for community health centers.

Engaging your staff, board, and community members in advocacy efforts is imperative in order to strengthen the future of your community health center, and others around the country.
