We are facing another public health emergency and Community Health Centers are again on the front lines to implement preventive and protective practices.
The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to change the way we are thinking about contacting our members of Congress. If your health center has not yet had to make the shift to emergency procedures, we need you to stand in for our health center community. Our colleagues, friends, and neighbors can no longer afford to operate with uncertainty in funding.

How it works:
To begin, please enter your information into the Take Action form. (We need to ask for your name, address and phone number so that we can connect you with your direct legisaltors) Once complete, you’ll be presented with two options on how to connect with legislators:
- Call on a direct line/cell phone: If you’re calling from a direct line or cell phone, click on the “Click to Call Me” button that you’ll see alongside the sample call-in script. The system will then call the phone you on the phone number you provided and connect you with your elected officials. Remember to stay on the line after every call so the system can connect you with both of your Senators and your Representative.
- Call from a non-direct line (i.e. a phone number including an extension): If you’d like to call from a business phone, copy down the code that’s shown on screen and dial the following number whenever it’s convenient for you – (866) 889-8839. You’ll be asked to enter in the code and the system will then connect you to your officials.
